The Strava stats don’t really add up time wise but the distance is right. It felt good this morning and the time passed really quickly thanks to a bit of Frank Turner on my play list.

Idyllic scenery, no wonder it’s grade 2 listed. Running through this beautiful park every other day must be a great motivator & nourish the soul with the change of seasons. Well done with the running. You’re doing splendidly. Motivated by you, dog & I are off for my W4R1 through our local ancient woodland. Look forward to it’s autumnal changes & hope it’s not too muddy!

That felt good! Bit slippery in places but otherwise all good. Relaxed into it & applied breathing techniques learnt in yesterday’s Somatic yoga. Ready for today’s gardening
