I had this a bit and started having half a banana before a run(I run first thing before food) and found this helped a little x

That's quite normal. We all have days like that.

It was probably just one of "those" runs. They can happen anytime and come out of the blue. We all have them from time to time.

Possible Check list:

Hydrated?

Rested or tired?

Running at a different time of day

Rest day taken, maybe another needed between runs

How was the weather- humid, hot, wet

There can be many reasons but you kept going and that is really great. Well done you didn't let it beat you.

Thank you...made sure I drank enough water today, but I was tired and the weather was blowy and wet. Always seem to struggle more with the second run in the week but never had my legs feel this heavy before...will put it down as one of those days 😊

Heavy legs is a classic symptom of poor hydration. You should be drinking 2.5 to 3 litres each and every day, as mentioned in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

I always drink at least that much as I have suffered with Kidney stones this year.

Plenty of fluid and a pma and next time you’ll smash it, no problem 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
