The warm up walk was cold this morning however I soon warmed up once I started jogging. I am still amazed that I am doing this and not finding it too challenging so far. I am already looking forward to the next run. I know it all ramps up next week and just hope I am up to it. If I can keep the current pace I should be able to do a flat 5k in less than 35 minutes.

Well done.

Your pace really is irrelevant, so don't push hard.

Stamina and endurance are built by slow running.

There is definitely a drop in temperature now but as you say once you're running you warm up nicely. Just keep doing what you have been it obviously working for you. Well done you 😊
