W7R3: Really tough but I’m glad for the small win! Really needed it!

I really needed this run today and I feel so much better now I’m on the other side!!! I have been feeling a little overwhelmed/stressed since yesterday! Nothing changed in my circumstances really but life suddenly felt a little much. I wanted the run to end before I even started which isn’t the best of starts 😂 Gritted my teeth and coaxed my mind into keeping going! Happy weekends everybody!!

Great job... hope that run burnt off some stress, and well done on giving it the grit it needed.

Sometimes it's more satisfying to struggle through and make it.

Maybe slow your pace?

Anyways, happy running 🏃 😸

I was much slower than usual. Don’t think I could go any slower. It was just a bad day/run.

Very well done on going out there and keep running till the end!!! I had plenty runs like that, but I flet better every single time (maybe not good or great, but always better) than before run. I hope you had similar effect :) Keep pushing, you are so close to the graduation! You can do it!
