Pleased to say I ran for 90 seconds x5 this morning with no pain! I think my hamstring tear just maybe fully healed at last πŸ‘

Will repeat this then onto wk 3 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

πŸ‘That’s encouraging to hear! Well done. Keep it slow and do some gentle stretches after your run while your muscles and tendons are warm!
