Repeating a week???

Hi guys!

I’ve not done many runs in the last week because I’ve just taken on a new foster daughter and she has complex mental health needs and ran away over this weekend.

So I’m wondering if I should repeat the 2nd week of the program before starting the 3rd week, because I don’t want to find it so difficult that I fail and then give up altogether??

Any advise welcome...

Thanks.

Sorry you have had a few problems with your new foster daughter and hope it gets better for you. As you've only missed 1 week you should be able to move on to wk3. But it's totally up to you if you want to repeat wk2. Good luck 😊

Under these circumstances, I would say repeat and then move on with confidence. Hope your foster daughter settles in soon.

Keep it going your doing great. I missed a week due to illness so re-did the last week I ran when I came back and it worked for me.

Hope your new foster daughter settles in & responds to your love & care. No run is ever a fail..if you don’t make it all the way, it’s a practice run that has made you stronger for the repeat run! So maybe repeat 2:3 and if it goes well move on to 3:1.

Thanks for all the encouragement and advice. I think I’ll repeat Week 2:3 and see how I go - if I find it hard then I’ll complete the whole week again, if I’m ok I’ll go on to Week 3:1.

Thanks everyone :) x

As it states in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.
