This may seem like a silly question but how do you repeat a week on the app? Do you just tap on the the icon and it repeats or do you have to delete and start again?

If you select the run, there will be an option to say “repeat this run”
Brilliant thank you! My friend has been away for a week and I will probably repeat wk2 to keep step with her ... unless she has been running up mountains whilst on holiday!
Yes you just click on the yellow tick and it’ll ask if you want to repeat the run

Just go to the run you want to repeat and click on it 😊

Repeats are useful. Never think of them as failures: they’re a strategic choice for building confidence, technique and stamina, and for giving your body time to adjust to the new demands you’re placing on it. Just remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! Happy running 😀
