Repeating week 2

Just finished week too. Thinking of repeating it because I’m too much of a coward to move onto week three and I don’t feel ready.

I repeated week 1 for the same reason but found moving from week 2 to week 3 not so hard once I slowed down my running but sped up my walking. Good luck x

slow down the running & speed up the walking - that's a GREAT tip

Week 1 has prepared you for Week 2. That's how the program works and how any program of this kind works.

Trust your body! It's your mind playing tricks. The program is a mental test not a physical one. Your body is capable of much more than you think :-)

If you've completed week 1, put your trainers on and give week 2 a go. If the first run of the week doesn't work for you, call it a practice run, take two rest days and try it again. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Good luck 👍

I was exactly the same when I went onto week 3 but I actually found it easier than week 2!

Trust the plan and try moving onto week 3 run 1. If you don't complete it, then repeat until you do. Always try to keep moving forward in the plan if possible. Each week on the plan prepares you for the next. Have faith in yourself and what you have accomplished so far. Good luck.
