I had to stop running half way through week 4 because of painful knees. After a couple of weeks break I am having another go but decided to go back to week 3. I had my gait analysis done yesterday and discovered I am perfect neutral! Purchased a new pair of trainers with added cushioning too so hopefully it will help with the knee pain.
Still not fully pain free but felt I needed to get back to it 😊
