Repeating a week

I had to stop running half way through week 4 because of painful knees. After a couple of weeks break I am having another go but decided to go back to week 3. I had my gait analysis done yesterday and discovered I am perfect neutral! Purchased a new pair of trainers with added cushioning too so hopefully it will help with the knee pain.

Still not fully pain free but felt I needed to get back to it 😊

m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2... It’s a low impact running technique, I run this way all the time and love it! It might help with those knees?

I had knee pain I put on a sports bandage when I went out running it really help it

Great shoes!!! Hopefully they’ll help a lot... nice and gentle with the knees as you come back.
