W2D2 done - getting into the swing of things!

Part of the reason may be that I, ahem, ate my body weight in pizza last night. But this morning was just glorious. Slightly windy, cloudy and every run felt good.

I can feel myself getting stronger. Mind you, I'm exhausted at the end of it (but also energised), but I can feel the difference.

I'm focusing on posture and breathing and it makes a massive difference. Loving it so far!

Well done for completing week 2 run 2, I have just completed the same run last night.

It's awesome you are really enjoying the runs and feeling energised and exhausted. I know that feeling too :) keep up the good work, you are doing great!

Not so yum the morning after! Felt very heavy all day but the run helped :)

Thank you! I know it won't always be easy but I figure that if I can at least be positive, that's half the battle :)
