Part of the reason may be that I, ahem, ate my body weight in pizza last night. But this morning was just glorious. Slightly windy, cloudy and every run felt good.
I can feel myself getting stronger. Mind you, I'm exhausted at the end of it (but also energised), but I can feel the difference.
I'm focusing on posture and breathing and it makes a massive difference. Loving it so far!
