After a rest day yesterday I went to the gym to complete my 5th day of C25K. Felt like I could have ran for longer each time but didn't want to mess up the program and fail!!

Well done for getting here.

And you were so right to hang back. Stick to the programme as it is, and you'll go through it to the end - and that's not something you want to miss, believe me!

Good luck with the rest.. and enjoy :-) x

Very wise, stick to it don't be tempted. I didn't on my first attempt and got myself injured and had to start over. It's nine weeks and pretty soon it builds up. Good luck with the rest of the programme.

Well done. That's a sign you are getting fitter. Be careful of doing too much though, however tempting it is ;) I remember that feeling but managed to resist :) Goid luck.
