Haven’t run for 2 weeks due to hip/back problems so did a W 3 run today and it was HARD!! Gutted because up until W4R1 I was loving C25K now I feel like I’m never going to get there 😟

You did the right thing by having a break. The first run back always feels tough don't worry your next run will be better. Well done you 😊

Oh yes you will..it’s just that after 2 weeks you start losing the fitness you had gained. Keep it very slow, & do static warm ups and then some gentle stretches straight after the run. Lots of water every day. You will soon be back on target! SLOW is key!! If you don’t know about it, google Japanese slow running! Will help prevent further injury!
