Woohoo I got through W3 r1 tonight. Enjoyed the slightly longer runs it felt more like a proper run (even if it was only 3 minutes). Can't wait for Friday for the next one

Well done. Have done week 3 run 2 tonight and found it a tricky one but reckon my legs still ached from run 1 this week. Dared to look ahead to week 4 and wish I hadn't! !
I just did my first week 3 run today, I found it a bit easier than the previous weeks, I think the fact there is onky two repititons. That said I was hanging on the the treadmill!! I didn't cover as much distance, but I completed it. Looked ahead before joining these forums and like mummybrummy said above, I too wish I hadn't!!!
