Been off C25k for almost 3 weeks due to a chest infection. After antibiotics have finished and hopefully feeling well, I don't quite know where to start again. Feeling quite tired and weak but itching to get going again! 😊

Poor you, if you are still tired and weak are you sure you are ready to restart. How about starting with just a 30 min walk to see how your energy levels hold up. Or fast track from week 1 again by doing 1 session from each week until you feel happy enough to restart where you left off. You don't want to undo all the recovery process by overdoing things. Good luck - it's all fitness.

You must have read my mind as I was thinking along the same lines! Thanks for the advice, you are right, I don't want to undo the recovery. 😊

As the guide to the plan states healthunlocked.com/couchto5... all any of can do after a break is to fully recover then head out on a gentle run to see what you can comfortably manage. Use that run to assess where in the plan you should pick up again.

I agree with the above post, some gentle walking until you are fully fit enough to run. Good luck 😊
