Chest infection...what a pain

I am banned from running till my chest stops whistling. Hopefully with anti biotics that wont be long.

In the meantime you could do some bodyweight exercises to strengthen muscles - anything that doesn't involve lungs.

The medication should work fast bit you might feel crud for a while
