Feeling a bit apprehensive but strangely excited too at the prospect of the run tomorrow, new running socks have arrived and are fab!

I did this run this morning and while not easy it was doable. Slow and steady won the day :-). Good luck

I did manage it but not my best pace and the last 5 mins was a mental exercise in persistence! I'm no longer excited, I'll do the next run on Saturday and hope it is slightly better!

I did it this even: slow and steady is definitely the way. I also get terribly excited at new running socks.

I was also apprehensive of running for the 25 minutes, but got through it ok. I would agree with the 'take it slowly' method. I've just finished week 7, and it is basically a repeat of week 6, run 3 each session.

I'm sure you'll be ok, after the earlier sessions in week 6!
