This is the best place to start, it's all about running slow and slower again and drinking 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Hey there and welcome. Since doing c25k and maintaining running since I actually have less knee soreness. Still get it a little from time to time if I overdo it but then just take extra rest and\or wear a support for a bit. The beauty of c25k is the steady build up of the workload which enables your muscles and joints to get used to it. And finally....never do more than the plan says, keep it slow and steady - slower is better!, ALWAYS take your rest days! Good luck and enjoy your running

Thank you, I think I'll find it hard to stick to slow and steady!
