A newbie to running

I'm a 59 year old female who decided to give this programme a go as I've recently suffered badly with a cat allergy caused by dander. Breathing was badly affected and has caused me a mild form of astma so I thought the running would help.

I'm loving it and I do believe it's helping me plus my stamina has improved so much !

I'm currently on week 5 and never thought I'd get this far, aiming to graduate 😃
