If you want general exercises there is are strength and flex exercises on Healthunlocked, however, you ask what warm-ups to do just before you run, when you start any week or run on C25K you will be told to have a 5 minute warm-up walk, during that time your coach will tell you what runs you will be doing that day.
I get up early have 3 cups of tea , let the chickens out, have a shower and go before the traffic builds up. I always do the 5 minute walk before and after. On the days I don't run I do Tim Sinesi's 13 minute yoga total body stretch warm up.

as almorr said, I just did the brisk 5 minute walk, I am trying to add in strength and flex exercises now
Once I reached Week 7 I added pre run stretches (dynamic) and post run stretches (static). I used material from NHS website and YouTube videos. I’ve got my own little routine now which is a mix and match of various sources. Takes no more than a few mins to do. It has helped me stay on track with the programme.
