Graduated from C25K earlier this year and loved it. Then broke my little toe, so out of action. Today was my first run back.....hurray! Just wanted to share the joy. C25K rocks.... Iβm starting at week 4 to get back gradually. All the best to everyone on this super forum, Iβve missed it ππ

Back to running π
Great you're back running. Just go slow and ease yourself back into it. Well done you π
Glad that you are back running again, well done. π π
Thanks AlMorr, itβs good to be back. Hope youβre well and enjoying some nice running these days
Yes thank you Jerichomile, I am well and enjoying my runs, I got a PB at last weeks 5K parkrun there on Saturday of 30..55, I have also ran two 10K's, however, that is as far as I will be running, 10K is long enough for me, I intend to run another 10K on Wednesday.
Good to have you back in action! π
Welcome back. Always good to renew acquaintances. π Hope the toe (and the rest of you!) enjoys the return to running. ππΌ
I know how you feel. Iβm on the IC with a fractured shoulder (not to be recommended) & am looking forward to when Iβll be able to run again.
That's exactly what happened to me a week after graduation! How did you manage to do yours? π€£
Take it steady as always, the toe can feel a little twingy and vulnerable for a while ππ»
Iβd love to say I broke toe while doing something exciting dancing, skating, tripping over a gorgeous party dress....but in fact I kicked a wooden chair in the hall while rushing to front door π....not very chic, eh?! How about you?
At least you were rushing for the door! I was putting clean washing away and caught it on the edge of the bed and snapped it sideways. Sounded exactly like snapping a pencil!π
