Little soggy now but that’s week two underway. Found this little horse abandoned in the middle of a rainy path couldn’t bring myself to leave him there so he joined me for a bit of a gallop round the park

Thanks I’ll have to keep my eye out for other things to rescue. I read a novel for book club called the keeper of lost things so as long as I don’t end up like that 😁

It’s the glasses fogging up that bothers me as it’s difficult seeing where to place my feet in the dark. I’ll get some new batteries for head torch for next run. Strangely enjoy running in the rain. Only thing I found this morning was contentment. Loved it. Bring on Thursday. Have a good day

Yay well done and yes glasses are a pain I normally run in contacts but did wear my glasses yesterday

Thanks. Body was a bit stiff after last night’s 2hr badminton but now feel great. Have disposable contact lens but can’t read with them so have remove for work. Doesn’t seem cost effective wearing them for an hour. It’s a Catch22. Think I’ll try wearing baseball cap🤓 to protect them on next run

There’s a couple we do every year one in St Albans one in Bedford where we live
