So this morning, I completed the first run of week 2, It was hard during the last part of the run but what i found the hardest was walking for 2mins, I just wanted to keep running but i know it would have killed me in the long run haha, I ran a different route to week one and managed to get myself so far from home I had to walk/jog 3k back home along the prom after I had completed the run which was a bit of a killer but it all adds up in the end i suppose :)

Well done you ⭐️ You’re right to stick with the programme, and next week you get to run much more - lucky you 😄

A most unusual comment from a new runner, most runners complain of walking in the later stages of C25K, runs 1 and 2 of week 6, but at only the first run of week 2 you did not like that two minutes walk, I think you are all ready for non stop running, but you were very sensible on sticking to the program, well done.

Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2. 😊 🏃🏾

I found it unusual too haha as im incredibly unfit and somewhat over weight, its starting to get addictive, i love running in the dark mornings haha
