Up at 6.15 clothes by the bed tip from here. Everything ready down stairs and out the door before the head and the voices woke up. That got me through the nerves and the aches from week one. No I did not smash it. It was not easy but it’s done. Alarm set for Monday Wednesday Friday each week at 6.15. Got the plan now 👍🏼😂

Well done on getting out there and starting week 2. I have found getting out and running on a morning much easier than having to find the motivation after a day at work.

Keep going and as others have said.... slow and steady :)
