W4R3 - Feeling good but aprehensive

I had a good run this morning. I am feeling really good, I have almost reached my weight loss target. I have had a peek at the program for Week 5. Things really ramp up next week, I just hope I can make the transition to 20 minutes solid running. I am trying to remember how I felt in week 1 when I thought week 4 looked impossible for me. I am determined to succeed.

Well done on your progress.

Week 5 is just another set of progressive workouts and they are all shorter than Week 4 sessions.

This explains it all healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

Interesting post. I hadn't looked at in terms of workout duration. I look forward to the experience with a positive frame of mind.
