W4R3 completed. Feeling emotional

I wasn't really feeling this one b4 I went but I thought you know you can do this - you've done it b4. On the first 3 min run I was struggling thinking that I wasn't going to get through it. Then I heard all you voices in my head spurring me on & I got quite emotional- it's like having a group of friends waiting for you & cheering you on. Enough of the soppy stuff - W5 bring it on.....

It really does!

Well done, especially on the positivity front. You have totally got this. And week 5, you will love it!!! Seriously, it’s a really encouraging week where you consolidate the hard work you’ve done in the previous weeks. Go for it!!!

I like those voices in my head! (they sure beat the old ones and their drinking buddies! LOL )

You have just described what I often say - 'round here we might run on our own, but we never run alone :)

Congratulations on your run and your progress :) Cymru am byth!! :)

Ha ha! Thank you. Yes I know what you mean about voices. We all have our demons to deal with I think! Ah - I don't speak Welsh I'm afraid- I keep thinking I should learn. My dad was Welsh & that generation didn't speak Welsh. My cousin is bringing his kids up to speak it though so it's definitely coming back. I was born & brought up in London but a little bit of my heart will always belong to Wales.
