Well me and my daughter completed week 7 tonight on a blustery southsea seafront but storm Jorge didnt stop us. At the end when Micheal Johnson said push yourself we did and felt like we could of carried on !!! So different to run 1 of week 7 when i could barely stand !!!
Hopefully week 8 is as good .
Stay positive everyone and we can all do this !!!!!

Unfortunately we dont live right by the sea it takes a 30 min drive but it's nice and flat so worth it .
My son lives in Southsea and runs along the front!

Congratulations on your achievement-I’m of out on W7R3 shortly so will be at the same stage as you! Have to say I’m very envious of you being able to run along Southsea seafront-I’m sure it’s worth the drive! Very happy memories of Southsea, visiting my grandad as child!
