I have just come back from 2 weeks in Sorrento where running wasn’t possible. I started W9R1 before I went. The day after I returned from holiday I thought I will start W9 again and see how I do. Well I did it and have just done the final run this morning. I thought I might have had to go back a few weeks. It’s been hard and I am very slow but will now keep going until I can actually run 5K. Just can’t believe I gave actually managed this. I can’t sing the praises of C25K enough it’s just so brilliant. 😀
