Yeo! 9 weeks ago I found 60 secs challenging to run. I'm just back from 5.46k in 40 mins (including 5 mins warm up and down). I actually speeded up and did a little jump and air punch at the end. This programme ROCKS! Will do another repeat of week 9 then maybe pluck up the courage for a park run. Then... Who knows? But it will involve running that's for sure. Peeps, if I can do this (not even sporty back in the day at school) *anyone* can!
