Graduated!!

I did it!!! Windy run today was hard work 😓

BUT... Wow what a challenge. Can’t believe I have managed to complete 9 weeks.

Some of my highs:

- first 5 minute run, first 8 minute run, first 20 minute run.

- starting to actually enjoy myself during the runs rather than after

Some of the lows:

- the first 8 minute run lol

- W6R1 was a real challenge for me, think a got a bit confident after my first 20minute run

Bring on the next chapter! I think I will keep running 3 times a week and gradually add a minute until I reach 5k.
