You deserve to be chuffed with yourself JW01, congratulations on completing C25K, well done, onwards and upwards.
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊
Better on a laptop than a Smartphone, you are not thick, on the Healthunlocked C25K home page near the top on the right side there are several what we call pinned posts, on one of them you will see the June Graduate post, click that, it will link you to the part you will see many other June graduates and the congratulations they have got from the administrators, just tell the administrators that you have ran run 3 of week 9, they then will post the word GRADUATE next to your username which is graduate.
That is OK, just rest your aching legs Graduate, your username must have been a little confusing before you graduated, anyway, it was a great achievement that you now have graduated, congratulations.
Congratulations. Great feeling isn’t it! I repeated week 9 a couple of times, then found Laura again on C25K+Stepping Stones. Now pavement pounding (lightly) at 150/160 beats/ minute. Working on a maintenance plan rather than advance to 10K+. What do you want?
That seems the purpose of the basic stepping stones podcast or app. 30 mins running still with some guidance and encouragement. IMHO. This week I added about 200 metres in the time. Have fun whatever you do.
