Well it was a shock how unfit I am and how long those 60 seconds are especially up hill. Feel good to get out and start the journey.. thanks for your comments they made me crack on today ππ next!! π

You've just got to give your body time to get used to your new exercise. Just go slow and make sure you're drinking plenty water, 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck and we'll done ππ

You have to let yourself get used to it and you will be fine.
Just keep going, you will see the changes in yourself as you run. π

Well done on getting started and like others have said drink plenty of water and go slow... I am training for the π olympics I think at the speed (or lack of) that I am going at but I am enjoying running so much more when I am not puffing, panting and gasping for air π
