Just completed week 3 run 2 and I am surprised how well I am doing. Just need to keep going

Same here! One run left for week 3 Loving it, but I looked ahead at the week 4 schedule and gasped! We have to run for 3 mins continuous in week 4 – yikes! WE CAN DO THIS. RIGHT?! :-)
