Well after tuesday, where i could. not do 28mins, and felt frustrated. So this morning i tried again.
Ran slower and did my 28mins . So happy and felt really good. Thanks everyone for your support and advice. I now know i can do 28mins which is brill. Will continue W8 again till i am confident to go on the last week.

Well done you..just relax into these longer runs. they are simply perfect for slow and steady. The runs now are the ones where your newly forming running legs find their happy pace
The great thing about the times runs is 28 minutes is the same length if you run fast and have to walk some or if you run slow and run the lot it’s great because going slower doesn’t mean it will take longer. Well done
