Not posted since way back at the beginning when the thought of running 3minutes made me break out in a cold sweat ....
Today I did first run in week8 ...As is usual I could have stopped after 3mins but it's all about pushing yourself so that's what we all do ....thing is when the 28mins was up I was 4.55km so I thought what the hell push on..I completed the 5km in 30 mins 50seconds ...I'm over the moon ๐ ...my next target is to knock that 50seconds off the time ....hating it but loving it ๐ ...
