Decided to go out to the main road and run rather than wait for the tide to go out and run on the beach - big mistake 😂 I didn’t realise that the main road was slightly hilled and had to endure that on the second half!

I did struggle - half way through I felt as if my legs actually could not function anymore!

Run 5 I stopped 10 seconds early, run 6 I stopped 14 seconds early...however I then done another 2x30 seconds runs when I got away from the hill...does this make up for it or do I have to repeat this run?

I’m away for a walk on the beach whilst I think about it...😀

Oh I feel responsible for telling you to go out and run on the main road. But on the other hand you still did it and you should be so proud of yourself 😊👏👏

Lol it wasn’t your fault...it was the correct decision at the time...I’m sure if I waited on the ride changing I’d have talked myself out of it!

Do you think I should do run 1 again? Or continue on to the second? (On a flat road!)😂

Yes I would normally tell you to repeat a run you didn't fully complete. 😊

It’s hard but better to repeat to give you full confidence for the next one!
