W6r3 26deg in menorca

Arrived on holiday late last night but determined to keep up running. Waited till late afternoon, temp hasn't changed all day. Took it slow, loads of water over head as well as down throat. I did it. Laura says I'm officially a runner yay. W7 runs I think are same as this one so I know my route, know I can do it and know it leads to happy hour in the bar - shame I cant tolerate alcohol but sure there must be a nice non alcoholic cocktail

After years of going to Menorca we’re currently in Italy near Sorrento and it’s neither safe nor practical to 🏃‍♂️!! I’ve just started 🏃‍♂️ this year and know if we’d been back in Es Castell it would have been ideal running territory 🤦🏻‍♂️!

Sorrento is lovely but as you say no good for running but I guess we shouldn't plan all holidays around running routes
