W7r1 completed. Slightly faster today than sunday as reached hotel before end of 5 min walk so had to loop car park. But I did it with lots of pouring of water over head again. Hubby still out pounding the hills but he started running in 1981 and I started 6 weeks ago. Happy me. No I didn't do any hills other than a dozen steps up to a footbridge.

Hubby back beautiful beach about an hours walk along coast - that was part of yesterday’s 5hour walk not run day!
