Went a bit further today and now looking forward to relative flat route at home. Hills are good steps are ok and scenery awesome

We have had the best time ever thanks, we’ve had loads of sun sand and swimming, the run route is shorter than at home but up and down and we’ve enjoyed the difference, we’ve had goats roaming on our patio and loads of birds looking for crumbs and we’ve walked and relaxed a lot, and of course eaten loads too

It is, and although we went away in May my psoriasis was so bad I could barely walk and got home straight to doctors who gave me 5 weeks off work, it’s been so good to walk run and swim this time
