T-shirted arrived in time!

One day late but I finally did it! 30 minutes ran! And because I was a day late my t-shirt and badge arrived in time! Feels great! The plan really works! So pleased! I know I am still not up to 5 km yet but 3.587km in 30 minutes is so much more than I hoped. I have never ran before not even for the bus. :)

Fantastic, congratulations in graduating!! It really doesn't matter about 5km, you are running for 30minutes which is fantastic and what the program promises. You should be really happy!

I am so going to order a shirt now!

You're running for 30 mins, that's the main thing. I haven't managed 5k and don't think I ever will in 30 mins. Just keep running and I'm sure you'll get a bit quicker and be able to go for longer and further - but alk in good time, no need to rush.
