Into the final week
I've done the last three weeks starting with a ParkRun, and ran the whole 5k for the last 2 (36:32, 34:02 and 34:29).
Can't believe how far I've come over the last couple of months.
Bring on the Zombie Evacuation Race on the 28th

Congratulations, bring on that Zombie run. 🏃 😊 👍
Congradulations all the hard work is paying off well done
Congrats... be sure not to overdo things you’ve nothing to prove... let your muscles catch up with your heart.
Luckily I'm in a position where the muscles were never really a problem, I've been a regular on the free weights at the gym for the last 7 years. My C25K trip has been mostly about aerobic fitness and learning some psychological lessons.
Looking at my Strava splits from the Garmin today my pace for KM's 2-5 were all pretty constant (within 15-20 seconds of each other), and there was enough left for a burst at the finish line. I was actually really surprised because in my head I "felt" I was slowing down significantly as the race progressed.
