Wednesday's Run

This morning's run was a simple 30 minutes but at a slightly higher pace, not a speed run just .5kph over my normal slow run pace.

I'm away for work and the hotel has a couple of treadmills, a pool and weight machines. Even though there was Aircon in there is was still quite warm, good run which I enjoyed.

As I look back over the thinks I have achieved since May when I restarted the program I'm more than happy, I have hit several of my short and mid term goals, completing the program, reaching 5k, running for an hour. I still have the goals of a sub 40 minute 5k, hitting 10k, etc, I'm in no rush, yes I'll push myself from time to time but I'm happy to be running.

Happy running everyone.

Thank you but I'm not as inspiring as many of the others on this forum, every day people post they have just done week X run x, that inspires me.

Isn't it amazing to be writing that sentence 'I'm happy to be running ' I also think like that 😊😊

I think it's important to stop along the way and metaphorically smell the roses. It's so nice that you're remembering all you've achieved. You should be very proud! :)
