I was dreading this one so much I put it off for 5 days. Today I did it. I won’t pretend I found it easy or that I loved it because I didn’t. But I am so pleased I completed it and will do run 2 on Monday.

Well done for getting out there, it’s not easy...keep going, even if you don’t want to or don’t feel great doing it you will start to feel better afterwards, and not just the sense of achievement like you felt today. I’m nearly at the end of the programme and still finding the runs tough but the days I run I feel so much better mentally and get loads more done.

Great job. Sometimes the love comes on the run... sometimes we love it as soon as it’s finished!
I've neverdonethisbefore too and I'm now W6R2...and todays an extra rest day...because I went too fast on Friday...yet I wish it were a run day! I found that one day it clicks together (the mojo not the knees) and the benefits far outweigh the 'dread' I sometimes had/have. Trust me...keep at it...Ive been there!
Me too... at exactly the same stage as you. W3R1 Same fear ...and my right side of foot was also starting to give me some grumbles. I nearly quit! But I tightened my laces on trainers did extra stretching - this really helped-dug deep and pushed on. A tough week for me too. But we did it! Doing R2 tomorrow. Good luck with your W3R2.
