Loved this run! Used Strava for the whole workout and Map My Walk for the 25 minute run to compare, the hardest part was downhill on a trail which was a bit loose and I was scared of slipping. Looking forward to week 7 😄

Thanks! Overall for the workout on Strava was 7.10 mins per km, just for the run on Map was 6.45. Pretty pleased with that to be honest seeing as week 1 I couldn’t breathe at the end of the first 60 seconds! 😊 Decided to keep Strava for whole workouts so I can see how we’re improving 👍

Wow, you’re doing really well. I’m at the same stage as you but nowhere near your pace. I can’t put it down to the hills where I run because it sounds like you’ve got those too. I’ll try to use the Week 7, 3x 25min runs to work on that 🏃♀️🏃♂️
