Update as requested. Not posted here for a while but been working on distance as a prelude to GNR. Unfortunately tweaked Achilles and had to take July off. Fit enough to run yesterday and had a fantastic day up in sunny Newcastle and South Shields. It’s a race of two halves - 11 miles and 2 miles!! However snuck in under 2hrs at 1:59:56 and happy enough with that. Ran for Middlesbrough foodbank. Happy running all!
