Week 4 now complete and my weight is continuing to go in the right direction - maybe not as quick as I would like ;-) , but enough to keep me happy. Felt good enough on my final 5 minutes to continue a bit longer.

The big one next week!

Great stuff m'dear. Quick is very over rated, this programme is about building up your strength and endurance, speed can come later if you wish. You sound like you're good and ready for w5- in my opinion, the very best week in the whole programme. :)

A weight loss programme and C25K - a terrific combination and both best done slowly and gradually. Well done you!

I've just completed week 5 and felt just like you this time last week. I even posted saying I didn't see myself as someone who could run non- stop for 20 mins. I am (was?) very unfit and a bit overweight, but it's true what they say - week 5 run 3 isn't nearly as bad as you think. And it feels great when you've done it. Post when you've done it to let us know how you got on.
