Just completed W4R1 and really struggled for last 5 minute run although I did complete it I was holding onto the treadmill for a lot of support. I slowed down as much as I could. I’m wondering if I should repeat week 3?

Just slow down and make sure you're drinking plenty water 7 days a week. You say you struggled a bit but you still completed your run. I would say continue with wk4. But it's totally up to you. Good luck 😊
