Today was the start of my week 5 and it felt amazing! Each and every step I take I feel more alive and I love it.
I did a route I have done before but stopped doing as it has quite a steep hill half way through and I found it too tough so I changed my route. Today my 2nd 5 min run started at the bottom of the hill, I started my jogging, held my head up high, smiled and steadily made my way to the top!
Really looking forward to my runs this next week.... next run is on Monday as I am working from home so can get out nice and early. Wednesdays run will be after work and then 2 days resting before my first parkrun.
