Completed my first consolidation run this morning! I tracked my run minus the walking and it seems I can do 5K in 39 minutes which I’m proud of! Not going to lie though, it was very odd running without Jo giving me motivational words. However I didn’t mind too much just listening to my music, I also felt more relaxed running at my own pace and not following the C25k programme☺️
Really need to get into a routine though and try to do 3 runs a week😂
