Finally got my foot looked at....

Think it is a soft tissue injury. I've been prescribed a week course of strong anti inflammatory tablets and being referred for a scan. Advised to rest it for now and see how the pills work so I guess I'll have to do that 😕

Tough one but obeying doctors orders is part of the next step to running. You will have time to read up all the running apps, dream and scheme & plan your run routes.

Yep. Think I need a lot of rest anyway. I'm pretty exhausted at the moment so will try and recharge my batteries!

Ach, I feel for you. So hard not to get fed up. I’m religiously doing my stretches, icing, and looking at shoes. Also ordered a balance board even though the physio hasn’t mentioned it 🤣
