25 min!

Run 3 of week 6 done. As usual the long run looks scary at fast but it was doable with a slow and steady pace. There were some momentarily felt strong enough to up the tempo and others where I contemplated walking. The bit after the 20 min mark was the hardest but managed to pull through. Glad I did it non stop

Good for you! That's two-thirds of the program in the bag. And the hardest bits are in the past.

Thanks. That's good news considering what is left is non stop runs

Well done! All just consolidation from here on. Week 7 was my personal favourite...it's like the week where you realise anything's possible. Enjoy your cruise to graduation now :)

Well done G..😊 25 mins non stop is brilliant.

You are striding out towards graduation now. Keep positive these next runs where when I started to notice becoming a bit more toned and looking forward to that feeling of being able to run and breathe.. yes really..😊

Good luck with week 7.

It's great we all inspire each other and sometimes admit the "little challenges" which are mostly in our minds. Hardest part is getting your kit on and out the door - but once on the road it's brilliant. Next challenge is Week 6 run 2. Hope it doesn't rain!
